REGISTRATION. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning on the day stated on the website and print materials.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per workshop must be submitted at the time of registration.
Registration will be guaranteed when the proper deposits have been received.
The balance of the tuition is due no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the start of the workshop. If the balance has not been received by then, the student will forfeit their deposit.
Tuition for weekly classes and open sessions is due in full at time of registration.
REFUND POLICIES
Cancellation Policy. All cancellations must be made in writing. There are no exceptions. You may mail a letter or send an email to Lynn Wrigley (lynn@lovelandartacademy.org) to cancel your spot in a workshop. Cancellations are never accepted over the phone.
WORKSHOPS
If you cancel more than forty (45) days before the first day of the workshop, Loveland Art Academy will retain $75 of your deposit. You will receive a refund of any additional tuition you have paid for that workshop. If you cancel thirty (30) days or less before the start of a workshop, you will forfeit your $100 deposit. If you cancel 10 days before the start of the workshop, you will not get a refund. However, a friend or family member may attend the workshop in your place, or you may donate your spot as a scholarship to a financial need student.
WEEKLY CLASSES Cancellations for weekly classes must be submitted in writing no less than seven (7) days before the class is to begin. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than seven days before the class will forfeit the entire tuition. There is no refund for no-shows or withdrawals after the class begins.
PLEASE NOTE: Loveland Art Academy is not responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds or credits for days or entire workshops/classes missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond the Academy's control. Students will receive a full tuition refund only in the event that Loveland Art Academy cancels the workshop or class. Loveland Art Academy strongly urges all out-of-town students to buy refundable airline tickets in case of workshop cancellations or other unforeseen changes.
